1 Year Kickstarter Anniversary
Greetings
It’s the end of the summer and we are so excited to share some official Dream, Girl announcements with you.
First of all this September marks our 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY on Kickstarter! Woohoo! Just one year ago you funded our campaign and put this movement in motion!
Since then we have interviewed over a dozen entrepreneurs, and are in the process of completing a rough cut of the film. In fact- at the end of this summer we are submitting Dream, Girl to the Sundance Film Festival.
We are so excited to share our story with the filmmaking community and know this would be an amazing opportunity to do just that. Since Komal and I are big dreamers we are keeping our intentions clear for our launch at Sundance for January 2016 and are planning our NYC launch right after for February 2016. We are still solidifying the final dates with our tour sponsors so we will keep you posted on the exact date in February!

In other news, if you haven’t seen our Clinique + TED #smartideas video yet definitely check that out here! Clinique was kind enough to invite me to the world premiere of Meryl Streep’s new film Ricki and the Flash where they showed the #smartideas video on the big screen! (It was uh-mazing!)
