one-time Screening License: 
Terms & Conditions

This agreement is made to grant you (the Licensee) a one-time license for the limited, non-broadcast, public or private exhibition of the film Dream, Girl on behalf of Dream, Girl Film LLC. (the Licensor).

The Screening License fee for screening the FILM is $299, which includes shipping inside the U.S. (and is $18 shipping outside the U.S.). For the payment of the license fee provided for above, Dream, Girl Film will provide the you (the Licensee) with one (1) Blu-ray or DVD copy of the FILM to be used for the screening, a digital screening kit, and this license to screen the film once.

Dream, Girl Film agrees that you (the Licensee) may charge admission to the screening and retain all money received from ticket sales or event sponsors. Dream, Girl grants you (the Licensee) without warranty, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to screen the FILM once within the year of the license purchase only, subject to the terms and conditions specified herein, as follows:

You (the Licensee) hereby expressly agrees that the FILM shall be used only for the permitted purposes as set forth in this AGREEMENT and for no other purpose.

You (the Licensee) agrees that the FILM shall be exhibited only once, and that permission for additional screenings must be made to Dream, Girl Film by email, at the addresses above, and will incur additional licensing fees.

You (the Licensee) agrees that the FILM shall not be live-streamed as part of Dream, Girl's screening event.

If given a digital file of the film for any reason, you (the Licensee) agrees that the digital file of the FILM shall be deleted immediately after the screening event.

You (the Licensee) agrees that it shall not permit the FILM to be duplicated, sold, loaned, transferred, televised or made available online or to any other party not contained herein at any time or in any manner other than as provided for in this AGREEMENT. You (the Licensee) will be fined $10,000 if the FILM is duplicated, sold, loaned, transferred, televised or made available online or to any other party not contained herein at any time or in any manner other than as provided for in this AGREEMENT.

With respect to the License granted hereunder, it is expressly understood and acknowledged by the you (the Licensee) that any rights, title, or interest that Dream, Girl Film maintains with respect to the FILM are expressly reserved by the LICENSOR.

This AGREEMENT constitutes the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and any amendments, changes, or modifications shall have legal effect and be binding only if made in writing and signed by both parties.
